JOB SUMMARY
The Food Court Team Leader is assigned to oversee the day to day operations in the Food Court Area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly reporting to FC Supervisor and assist into day to day operations.Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correctRespond to customer complaints tactfully and professionallyEnsure that food safety and other safety practices are observed by the crewAssist FC Supervisor in all management responsibilities in FC Area including ordering, scheduling and corrective actionsObserve shift operating hours at all times as scheduled or assigned by Food Card SupervisorObserve shift operating hours at all times as scheduled or assigned by Food Cart Supervisor. Observe shift operating hours at all times as scheduled or assigned by Food Cart Supervisor.Handles damages and spoiled products according to Company Policy Excellent customer service skills Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superiorQUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Food & Beverage Service Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management.Candidate must have excellent communication skills, customer service and leadership qualities.With experience in handling food court/ food stalls/ kiosksAdvance knowledge in inventory, sales reporting, excel sheet, and people managementWilling to start ASAP and willing to work in SHAW BLVD, PASIGCan create marketing strategies to increase salesDetailed and very organizedCustomer service oriented.Flexible.Must be trustworthy.Polite and courteous.Have a positive attitude.
