The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the following:
Monitors compliance to implemented Quality Assurance programs such as Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices, GWP (Good Warehousing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) to ensure implementation of the different operating units of the company.Performs appropriate inspection and testing procedures required by the quality assurance programs and systems developed for the company in accordance with the set standards to ensure product quality upon acceptance and release.Process non-conformances related to QC/QA through investigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and correction action validation to verify/validate compliance in the implementationProcess regulatory requirements pertaining to product movements, sampling, and other regulatory requirements of FDA, NMIS, and others to complete submissionAbides to Company Policies, Rules, and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety, and other related company policies implemented.Can work in a hot and/or cold environmentCan Roam around the plantJOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Chemistry, Microbiology and Chemical Engineering and other allied fieldsAt least (1) one year of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Research and Development, Manufacturing or related fields. Knowledgeable in Food Science and Technology, including Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology and other relevant analytical techniquesPreferably has experience in implementing Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSQMS), HACCP and SPC (Statistical Process Control) program Preferably with experience in food processing operationsPreferably with training in GMP, HACCP, Food SafetyApplicants must be willing to work on shifting schedules
