Department: AccountingDirect Supervisor: Country HeadDuties & Responsibilities:Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting teamResponsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organizationAbility to create and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections, budgeting and report against the sameProviding recommendations to the Director and management of the companyTracks and drives financial targets, raises issues promptlyAdvising on long-term business and financial planning, pricing, business strategy, and allocation of fundingWork Hours Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM NZTEducational /Professional Requirement:Graduate of Accounting Should be a CPA Has at least 5 years experience as an Accounting Manager Qualifications / Skills: Above average written and verbal communication skills - EnglishProficient with Google Workspace / GSuite, experience with Xero is an advantageAn absolute commitment to customer service and follow-upA positive "can-do" attitudeAbility to implement own systems, good organisational and time-management abilitiesHigh level of attention to detailFollow instructions independentlyHonest & Proactive - goes an extra mileHas a high sense of responsibility, dependability, work ethics and integrity Has excellent time managementTechnical Requirements: For this role, you will need your own & backup laptop/desktop with video (i5 or higher) and dual monitorInternet Connection of not less than 50MBPS Noise Cancellation headset
