Duties and Responsibilities:
Expected to be Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Money Out processes and assist in training and mentoring the rest of the processing team membersManage all functions related to movement of money out of the organization - claims/notice processing, loan payment processing, loan set ups, benefits/annuitizations, corrections both participant and group, periodic and non-periodic distributions, RMDs, QDRO processing, VIP/GAU transactions both participant and group, and forms fulfillment, escheatment and unclaimed property, and clearing suspenseUAT for relevant applicationsSMEs for business requirementsParticipated in remediation effortsManage support mailboxesMake outbound participant NIGO calls - resources available to answer support hotlines for call centerBot monitoring and reportingQualifications:
Bachelor's degree holderMust have at least 2 years' experience in a Financial institution handling US retirement servicesStrong understanding of retirement plansMust be amenable to work on a NightshiftHow to apply?
