QA/QC Inspector

JOB DEscriptION:

Conducts line inspections and test procedures to check / monitor the conformance of in-process and finished products, according to specified quality standards and based on the Quality Control Plan.Conducts first article inspections on new products, new or modified moulds and new materials or formulations in coordination with concerned PC Supervisors.Coordinates with the concerned PC Supervisors regarding inspection and test results and duly informs the QA Immediate Superior and/or QAD Head.Monitors/follows up the status of all non-conformance detected until unsatisfactory or discrepant conditions are corrected / resolved by concerned PC's.Reports to the QA Immediate Superior and/or QAD Head corrective and/or preventive actions taken to non-conforming products found during inspection and testing.Prepares and submit to the QA Immediate Superior and/or the QAD Head inspection checklist monitoring reports and all other required monitoring reports.Checks returned items by the customer assesses the condition of said items as to quality when assigned and gives appropriate recommendation.Checks / validates condition of warehouse stocks when necessary.Complies with all prescribed policies and procedures of the Company on safety and security.Maintains Cleanliness and orderliness in work area.Ensures proper upkeep/maintenance of assigned equipment. e.g. computers and peripherals testing instruments, etc.Adheres to and complies with all the HR policies of the Companyperforms additional or special assignments that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Industrial or any related course.Good in oral and written communicationExperience in a Manufacturing environment is an advantage.Proficient in MS office applications or equivalentStrong leadership and Interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and flexible to work scheduleAmenable to work at Pasig City
