1. Supervise, guide, and coach a team of service and pantry personnel as well as the other resources in order to ensure an efficient operation of the airport lounge
2. Ensure that all lounge customers are delivered the highest quality of service through the regular monitoring of operations and continuous improvement of the processes and procedures
3. Ensure buffet, bar, and stock levels of all food and beverage items are properly maintained and replenished regularly and in accordance with food safety standards
4. Oversee staff performance and compliance with company policies and procedures relating to food safety, health, workplace safety, grooming, and personal hygiene
5. Plan and delegate tasks to the lounge personnel before the beginning of each shift
6. Ensure that lounge personnel comply with documentation requirement of updating work log records, monitoring forms, and other reportorial that may be assigned
7. Interact with lounge customers, whenever an opportunity presents, to gauge their requirements and make appropriate recommendations to meet their needs
8. Seek customer feedback on the quality of products and services, and communicate such in a precise and timely manner to the Executive Committee
9. Liaise with MIAA Management and Client for any matter that may impact the lounge operations
10. Communicate product, service, and other customer issues to respective MCC departments so that corrective and/or preventive action can be taken in a timely manner
11. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as requested and use the training given when necessary
12. Act as a positive ambassador for MCC and show commitment to company core values in all aspects of the job
13. Comply with all company policies and procedures relating to food safety, health, workplace safety, grooming, and personal hygiene
