The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading and controlling production operations in his/her assigned production area to meet product volume, quality, timeliness, good manufacturing practices, sanitation and hygiene.
Prepares and carries out the daily/weekly production schedule based on production volume and work ordersOversees in-process standards and specifications in his assigned area are well-understood and consistently adhered to.Supervises the quality, usage/consumption of production materials and other operational requirements issued to his area.Administers that assigned area contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplaceInitiates process improvements, equipment upgrade and other opportunities for innovation.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Food Science and Technology or any Engineering/Business CoursesAt least 3 years working experience in Food Manufacturing or Restaurant; with supervisory experienceExperience with various types of manufacturing machinery and toolsAdvanced skills in MS OfficeCommunication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachProblem-solving skillsCan work on shifts, rest days, holidays and extended hours if needed.Candidate must be willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan
