Qualifications and Minimum Educational Requirements:

Graduate of any 4-year course. An Engineering/Technical related course is a plusAt least 1-year experience in the construction industry is highly preferableComputer literate especially in Excel and WordProactive and has a commendable sense of urgencyResourceful, organized, and systematicService-oriented and can work under pressureTeam player and teachable

Facilities Maintenance and Operation

Overseeing bank-wide maintenance program of the equipment, service vehicle, physical office, and machinery. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs, and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.Assist GSIAD Head in overseeing all bank properties and facilities.Assist GSIAD Head in administering office equipment operationFacilitates the speedy servicing and administration of building maintenance requirements of the Bank, e.g., repairs, air-con maintenance, etc.Assist General Services Officer in warehousing and storage activitiesMonitors Head Office housekeeping and repair activities.

Facilities Projects

Assist GSIAD Head in overseeing construction projects including attending meetings, updating timelines,s and tracking of budget and expenses.Monitors and provide a report in regard to project progress and advancementConsolidate all necessary reports and prepare documents for submission

Other GSIAD Activities

Assist GSIAD Unit with the bank’s Retention and Disposal Policy ScheduleAssist General Services Officer in furniture/equipment logistic moves and related activities.Assist WB Chief Security Officer in regard to Security issues to Facilities related concernPrepares and submits monthly reports including inventory/summary listing of all bank-wide equipmentActively participates and executes all Occupational Safety and Health programsAssist GSIAD Unit Head in processing facilities related to government certificates/permit
