The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
Meet with key stakeholders to perform process mapping, and create reports based on recommendations.Gather information through process mapping, flow-charting, and workshops.Create process documentation/ workflows.Collect and document process improvement/automation efforts.Facilitate process workflow modeling for process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, accounting, or similar.3 years of experience as a process analyst.Proven portfolio of completed projects.Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.Experience with team management.What's on Offer?
