Industrial/Process Engineer (Taguig)

Job Description

The Process Engineer supports the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager in the overall operation of the main plant; reviewing and analyzing day to day production operations and processes. This role investigates, recommends, communicates and implements new programs for process and system’s improvement; assisting in executing methodology for discovering and analyzing new technology development or machine relevant to the Company’s manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Implements strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus; monitor operations and trigger corrective actionsAssists in the effective allocation resources and utilization of assets to produce optimal resultPrepares report for the evaluation of production output and machine utilization and manpower performanceInvestigates occurrence of process difficulties and spearheads corrective and preventive solutionsStreamlines production process to increase plant efficiency and reduce unnecessary costsAnalyzes workflow, standard methods and machine layout Generates production documents such as flow charts, SOP, and assembly proceduresHandles projects related to process improvement such as automation, cost reduction, increase in productivity rate and down-time reduction

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering) or equivalent.With 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering in Manufacturing or equivalent.Solid understanding of PLC Programming, can do Computer Aided DesignExcellent communicator both verbally or in writing Can work under pressure and with minimal supervisionWilling to work from Monday-Saturday and report fully on-site at Bagumbayan, Taguig.
