JOB OBJECTIVES
A. To ensure compliance to Social Development and Management Program (SDMP)
reguirements;
B. To prepare and deliver timely accomplishment reports in relation to Social Development"
Program implementation.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Social Plans & Programs' Implementation
Shall work closely with the SDMP Team (PRA/MG8) in support of a coordinatedand effective integrated programming approach to implement program
initiatives.
2. Building and maintaining Inks with strategic partners and sectors to ensure
plans are aligned and integrated with the program priorities,
Ensure the effective involvement of key stakeholders and service providers inthe delivery of the program.
Work in partnership with other sector organizations or specialist agencies inidentifying and preparation of environmentally and socially sound projects and
good practices for the impacted areas. (e.g. Community based Mangrove
Planting and Establishment of Nurserics Program, etc.)
B. Social Plans & Programs Accomplishment Reports
Prepare and take the delivery of timely, relevant analytical, technical reportsresearch, programs' accomplishments by the Social Development Management
Program (SDMP).
Presentation of accomplishments to external parties/agencies (PRA,MMT/MRFC, etc.)
Maintain an accurate up to date record of documents and reports.OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED
I Follow established FSSU plans and programs
Attend ESSU meetings, PRA/MGB/MRFC Meetings as required.
3. May perform other environmental related activities as required (e.g. Coastal
Cleanup, etc.)
4. May coordinate third- party contractors/service providers, etc.
5. May attend trainings and workshops as required.

A. Qualifications
Have an experience in environmental and social development programming implementationCollege graduatePollution Control Officer experience is preferredBasic Occupational Health and Safety knowledgeDynamic speaker and with chagsmatic personalityV.

VI. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
A. The Social Plans & Programs Officer reports directly to ESSU Manager or to senior
leadership such as Business Development Director.
VII. EXTERNAL WORKING RELATIONSHIP
A. The Social Plans & Programs Officer are expected to work with the following external
units:
