Job Description:
Responsible for developing process models, writing procedural guidelines, performing system analysis and reviewing and recommending innovative and cost-effective processes and/or solutions to continually improve productivity activities under the guidance and authorization of the Process and Applications Manager. Helps manage all deliverables including those that have already been published on the organization’s process models that can be stimulated, analyzed and even executed directly by the business. Also helps business executions with decision making by modeling and simulating what-if scenarios.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or similarAt least 2-3 years of experience on large and complex projects involving process mapping, execution, and monitoringExperience facilitating workshops and focus groupsStrong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Re-engineeringStrong business engagement skills
