1. Ensures the implementation, monitoring, control and documentation of Quality Environment Health and Safety Management System procedures and work instructions.
2. Acts as the employer’s principal assistant in the application of programs to remove the hazards from the workplace and to correct unsafe work practices.
3. Conducts risk assessment and recommends improvement plans and programs.
4. Conducts corrective and preventive actions on incidents and situations related to QESH.
5. Conducts investigation, make reports and keep records of incidents.
6. Performs internal and external audits using applicable standards in accordance with the schedule and regular inspection.
7. Prepares audit reports and surveys.
8. Summarize audit reports; monitor its progress; and sends feedback to the concerned parties.
9. Overall coordinator of the management system processes and assists top management to liaise internally or externally on matters regarding QESH.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science course or other studies related to Management System, Occupational Health and Safety and Environment. Engineering Graduate is a plus.
Work experience in the related field is not required, but, will be an advantage.
