Retail Standard Officer (for Gas Station)

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of business or any four-year related courseMust have at least three (3) years related work experience gained from the same industryPreferably with experience in operations of gasoline stations

Responsibility

Ensure compliance to required standards to prevent costs incurred from penalties and damages.Conduct unannounced site audits to all Retailer’s gas stations at assigned area to ensure compliance to principal standards and requirementsEnsure that Retailers comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements and pro-actively advise them in case there is/are new regulation/s or update/sAid or guide the Retailers in processing regulatory or compliance documents as neededRegularly communicate (written or verbal) the current, complete, accurate and relevant information to concerned members of the organizationAssist the Retail Department in developing and reviewing relevant policies and procedures which may be necessary to improve the services of the DepartmentPerform work within the Integrated Management System standardsPerform other related tasks
