Our client is an international marine engineering company undertaking a large reclamation project near Pasay.
Responsibilities:
· Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, claim and measurement/ bill of quantities
· Manage charters of vessels
· Prepare tender document to ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document
· Request to bid, review bids, clarifications and negotiation, prepare bid evaluation summary, secure the bid within budget and in accordance to comply financial guideline
· Issue work order
· Prepare progress claims to client on timely manner
· Monitor, Review, Checking of subcontractor claims & invoice
· Manage, prepare variation order & carry over work
· Ensure & monitor subcontracting cost is within allocated budget
Requirements:
· Degree in an Engineering discipline
· Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts administration
· Experience with FIDIC contracts
· Familiar with the maritime industry
