Job Functions:
REMOTE MONITORING
Observe the dashboard and status of individual power plants through a remote monitoring softwareTake note of the automatically received triggered alarmsEnsure issues from the alerts/alarms are addressed immediatelyANALYSE POWER PLANTS
Proactively analyses the power plant dataReactively analyses the power plant data after an active alarm from the remote monitoring system is receivedTechnical failure analysis to identify the root cause and affected componentsDefine counter measures to correct the existing alarmWORK ORDER MANAGEMENT
Create corrective maintenance work orders in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Provide detailed technical instructions to site teams located elsewhereFollow up open work orders until they are fully resolvedREPORTING
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, yearly performance and maintenance reports to Blueleaf Energy clients and Blueleaf managementOTHER AD-HOC ACTIVITY
Ensure ROC process documents are updated and properly managedSupporting other O&M members (i.e. uploading of files in CMMS, gathering of data from remote monitoring software, etc.)Your skills:
College Degree in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringAt least 1 ½ - 2 years’ work experience in the power industry particularly Solar, preferably as Helpdesk and knowledgeable with its productsExperience in function, preferably in SCADA system and any other software used in monitoring & gathering of information from a Solar Power Plant.Written and oral English and Filipino language skills (Japanese & Thai language are an added advantage)Troubleshooting and logical problem solving skills Analytical, with initiative, and strong adaptabilityStrong communication & interpersonal skills and a team playerStrong orientation and awareness of customer needs and servicesBeing able to work independently with minimal supervisionProficient in MS Office, esp. MS Excel, MS Power pointShould be willing to work on a shift systems (including Sundays, and public holidays)
