Responsible to converting the BMS Functional specifications from the client into an operational system.Prepare constant reporting and weekly progress accomplishment work for review of his manager.Reading and understanding mechanical/electrical/plumber etc. plans and wiring diagramsWork on construction sites and follow required safety measuresControl and monitor the progress and quality control for project implementationIn charge of the following project phase:PLC/DDC programmingBMS software design, implementation, test for the followingapplication:Server/Workstation preparationDatabaseGUIDiverse application required by the project….Testing & Commissioning (including troubleshooting).Training/turn-over.Demonstration / Acceptance.In charge of preparation of submittalsQualifications
Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Degree or related field 3 to 5 years’ experience in related fieldsProficient in MS Office SuiteSelf-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, flexible,multi-task and meet deadlines
