Client form preparationClient information US Federal Government searchesAcquisition of files from relevant platformsdocument filing in relevant filesdocument distribution to relevant team membersAssists the managers and partners in planning for the timings/commencement of audit jobsPreparation and plots out audit calendarCircularization of Outlook calendar appointments of confirmed audit schedules/timingsCircularization of Outlook calendar appointmentsResponsible for recording and generation of audit invoicesRecording of project codes and (new) contactsDistribution and filing of training materialsAssists in maintaining internal registers (e.g. training registers, client registers, financial year audit admin planner)Responds to client correspondencesProvides administrative support to team membersPerforms ad hoc administrative matters
