Loans Specialist with US experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Helping clients understand loan repayment terms and working with them to set up payment schedulesCalculating interest rate and other costs associated with different types of loansReviewing loan applications for approval or disapproval based on stated qualificationsExplaining loan programs to clients and helping them pick the best option for their needsExplaining loan terms and conditions and providing documentation of the loan agreementCommunicating with borrowers throughout the life of the loan to ensure they are making payments and understand their rights and responsibilities as borrowersProcessing loan applications and performing administrative tasks such as collecting and storing paperwork related to each loan fileUpdating and maintaining loan files, including documentation of applications, approval letters, and settlement agreements Recommending changes to existing policies to improve efficiency or effectiveness.

 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or related field.At least 2-3 years of experience working as a US loan agent or a similar role.Solid knowledge of banking procedures and financial documentation.Ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner.Excellent customer service skills.Experience working with digital financial systems.Good computer skills.Ability to work on multiple tasks at once.Great organizational skills.
