This role is responsible to timely and accurate vetting and compiling of invoice lines and ends within creating pre-lodgment in timeframes required. The process is verifying and updating data entry in CW1 system and obtaining documents for customs clearance and shall communicate immediately should there be process or documents discrepancy.
Responsibilities:
Check the daily workbench and workload allocation and ensure all jobs are actioned based on priority and within allowed KPI.Follow the SOP with the steps on how the proces of veting and compiling. Check special instruction to specific customers.Report irregularities as per SOP.Send email communication to responsible party for any missing documents for Customs clearance. Perform proper escalation when necessary.Attend to customer Pre-lodgement activities and queries.Sending jobs into pre-lodgment.Active participation with process improvements ideas during daily stand up meetingsIndividual Performance to meet/exceed expectations as defined in the SLAWork under the direction of Team Leader/sAdapt to MNL ISSC culture and perform in line with the Values/behaviors definedResponsibility for the delivery of set personal targets, i.e. productivity, performance and quality.Responsibility for the delivery of set additional personal targets, i.e. attendance and behavioral.Follow given directions and perform assigned duties.Perform assigned tasks to support DSV Panalpina meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment as documented in IMS and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.Ensure that day to day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. A License Customs Broker.Freight-forwarding / logistics education is an advantage.Knowledge in CW1 system is an advantage.Good Know How in MS-Office (Outlook / Excel )Good Know How in web based applications / InternetQuick comprehension and focused workResilience, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesAccurate and reliable working methodAbility to work in a team & good interpersonal skillsOpenness and flexibility In meeting customer demands / service attitudeEagerness to learn and developTeam PlayerIntermediate knowledge in excel.Willing to work in ASEANA City
