Responsibilities can include: (depending on client type)
Process online inquiries and feedback from customers.Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.Handle all inbound/outbound calls effectivelyTroubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.Job Requirements:
Excellent English communication skill (oral and written)Minimum 1 year of related working experience in Customer Service field.College graduateMust be able to work nights, rotating shifts and weekendsMust be willing to work onsite
