QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Optometry; Board Passer.Preferably from a 6-year course or a DPA Certified Optometrist.1-2 years of work related experience preferably from an eye center/hospital based or a reputable optical establishment.5 years of experience as Optometrist HeadSKILLS
Has the clinical knowledge to be able to deliver PRIMARY EYE CARE to patients.Able to operate and interpret the results of the following instruments:1. Retinoscope
2. Ophthalmoscope
3. Keratometer
4. Slit Lamp
5. Ishihara Color Vision Test
6. Non Contact Tonometer
Possess excellent communication skills; oral and written.Possess leadership qualities such as accountability, professionalism and high maturity level and emotional stability in order to manage and lead the doctors well.Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management and decision making skills.Personality
