Join our team and lead the change!Job Summary:> Provide software technical support and assistance to Corporate Sales/Marketing Department and its affiliates; Alteon 3D and Stanford IT Learning Center during sales engagement with new prospects or existing customers.>Achieve high excellence in customer support activities related to pre-sales, post-sales, training, and special projects (customization and consulting)Duties and Responsibilities:*Demonstrate hands-on technical expertise in using assigned software during pre-sales and post-sales activities; and handle discussions with goals to highlight the capabilities/features, benefits and advantages of the product/s being offered*Assist customers on product queries, installation and licensing problems, and resolution of possible complains thru troubleshooting, research, or providing necessary advice*Attend technical meetings, workshops, and product update training to keep oneself adept.*Research and study additional training's that will supplement and help improve his/her work functions or roleQUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCES:Education:• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering• Preferably with LicenseExperience:Working knowledge in software like Nastran, Ansys, Abaqus, SolidEdge, Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD, Inventor, NX, Catia, or Pro-E.At least (1) year experience in Manufacturing companies, Construction IndustryWith working experience in CNC Machine operationWith working experience in SimulationsGood experience on Customer Service (pre and post sales) and Public speakingDesirable Skills and Traits:• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to exert noticeable impact in customer related affairs and decision making;• Strong corporate image and sales personality, high professionalism in dealing with customers• Ability to deal with all types of people with perseverance and great deal of enthusiasm; ability to work in a team environment• Commendable work attitude, corporate maturity and solid motivation to work and deliver profits; Strategic thinking, high self-motivation and goal oriented with high level of flexibility and adaptability• Can work independently; Fast-learner with attention to details• Must be a goal or result-oriented; problem-solver• Must be tech-savvy or passionate about science and technologyWhy Join Us?TOGETHER, WE TRANSFORM FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE*Leadership and Sense of Responsibility - We promote a shared sense of responsibility.
