Responsibilities
Responsible for over-all management of branch operations and ensure profitability of the assigned clinic.To coordinates and direct operations activities of the branch, regular meeting and skills training and development of staff .To coordinate with Head office all related concerns.To ensure that customer complaints are addressed promptly and satisfactorily, while protecting the company image.To motivate, coaching, planning and people management for the sales and operations improvement.
