Qualifications:
1. Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. With GOOD communication skills especially in Verbal.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
4. Willing to work on longer shifts.
5. Computer Literate
6. Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the telephone.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service experience to all members, non-members and visitors of the gym.
2. Enrolling new members and assisting them with their queries.
3. Welcoming all clients and visitors of the gym and providing accurate information concerning packages and activities.
2. Maintains the cleanliness of the gym.
3. Registering prospective clients and guiding them to the correct person or fitness coach.
4. Checking in members and verifying membership.
5. Assisting all clients with their queries.
6. Attends other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
