The Technical Proposal Engineer will assist the Proposal Manager in reviewing request for proposal from clients. The Technical Proposal Engineer is also responsible in reviewing requirements and discussing them with the engineering team. Lastly, the Technical Proposal Engineer will also prepare cost information and draft the proposal for clients.

Review Request for Proposal documents.Outline Project Information and Requirements.Create and update Salesforce record.Update and manage RFP and proposal tracker (JIRA, Confluence).Collaborate with technical team on technical requirements.Determine estimated costs (Internal and external COGS)Use cost sheet model to obtain pricing.Conduct research on projects and requirements.Manage internal reviews and approvals.
