Job Summary:
As the foundation of the sales/marketing team, you'll be responsible for expanding Salarium’s inbound and outbound lead generation. This includes prospecting, nurturing, and most important of all — selling. You'll work closely with marketing to help manage lead lists, marketing campaigns, and more. You will be generating lead volume for our sales team while helping people understand the many ways in which Salarium can simplify their payroll needs. After a year or less, you'll be given the opportunity to join the sales team as an account executive.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive Salarium’s revenue growth through outreach emails & phone-calls with a focus on setting demo appointments for the sales teamResearch prospect contact information and best ways to get in touch with themNurture and qualify new leads that turn into quality demo appointmentsCold call, prospect and pipeline building and opportunity identificationEducate prospects on Salariums’ HR and benefits solutionsWork closely with Sales Managers & Marketing on various projects that are in support of the entire sales teamSkills:

2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or marketingProven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets and experience succeeding in a goal-driven environmentPrevious work experience in a software or payroll company is an advantageWhat we offer:
