Qualifications:

Facebook business suite / creator studio schedule monitoring for PoP and PE+ fb pages Liking and engaging through comments on company's Facebook feed especially during USA night hoursResearch and gathering for viral content and strategies Email outreach with team about task progress and weekly/biweekly updates on performance Monitoring Hubstaff for staff productivity weeklylinkedIn post management Optimize 90 Day fb article Schedule - Double Check Likes on Website to verify good articles - add new viral articles that were newly published to FacebookEmail communicationExecutive Support
Act as the client’s first point-of-contact in managing the daily operations of the businessOrganize and set agenda meetings both internally and externally to maintain annual work-plans and achieve strategic objectives of the businessWrite down company’s quarterly goals and plans and ensure everything is on trackManage and coordinate Founder’s calendar and appointmentsProduce reports, presentations, and briefs necessary for the business operationsCoordinate with all relevant vendorsReview and confirm salaries of freelancers to ensure all working hours are productive and paidProvide any other type of support whenever necessaryProject Management
Ensure that projects and tasks are on track and completed on timeStay on top of all the projects and ensure smooth communication with all team membersConduct quality assessment on output produced by freelancersCommunicate any feedback for improvement to freelancersCreate and manage projects from onboarding to completion of tasks based on company’s work flowCreate and maintains systems, utilizing appropriate technology to manage tasksPropose business process optimization to create constant process re-evaluation and improvement
