BUSINESS PRODUCT OFFICER

Interprets data obtained from Research Group / Department based on

the assigned market segment.

Performs additional market and product researches as needed.Understands market needs(articulated and unarticulated needs)problems and opportunities as inputs to product cycle within a productive and cost efficient timeline.Ensures timely implementation of portfolio offering based on market needs evolutionCollaborates with cross functional teams in building and delivering right products to the right market based on the specified requirements and demand.Facilitates implementation of product strategy emanating from the Business Unit’s General Manager.Monitors and analyzes product performance (i.e., Revenue, Profits) to

generate insights / inferences to be submitted to Business Unit’s General Manager.

Conducts post launch assessment by synthesizing information such as Financial, Marketing, Selling Programs, Product Development Cycle, Product Life Cycle.Ensures product cycle is within the set parameters based on the agreed master plan (Process, Timeline, Budget, Resources, Risk, and Communication Plan).Identifies and recommends areas for improvements in relation to post

launch assessment report.

Facilitates development of business cases associated to portfolio offering to be submitted to Business Unit’s General Manager.Oversees the Business Unit’s material inventory management in collaboration with Sales and IPS.

Qualifications:

Education:Degree in Business or Marketing or any related courses, Secondary with degree in Education

Experiences:At least 8 years relevant work experience, min of 1 year supervisory experience Preferably with experience in Project Management and understanding of Learning Solutions

Specific Knowledge:Understanding of Philippine Education System (i.e Basic Ed, Higher Ed, Law , depending on assignment

Instructional Design, User Experience Design, Design Thinking

Business Understanding:Understanding Learning Solution Development, consumer needs, market sales and target, project management, competitive analysis, Business Development, research and analysis for both product and market
