EMAPTA is looking for Executive Admin and Project Coordinator role to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among Leaders, employees, clients and other external partners Manage calendar as well as proactively prepare for meetings and follow through, as necessary. Handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with great discretion and professional poise. Develop, enhance, edit, and maintain a wide range of documents, including contracts, meeting notes, reports, charts, agreements, correspondence, and presentations. This includes communication and correspondence that may be of complex and confidential nature. Coordinate and support a variety of Recruitment initiatives and programs across the department. Manage end-to-end sales process from Lead Qualification, to Responding to Client Queries, to Solution Definition, to Proposal Creation, to Setting Expectations on Terms, to Negotiations, to Closure. Maintain and update Team project tracker - tracking of tasks Provision of weekly project reports to show current status and at-risk areas Assist with the coordination of events Coordination of Team meetings, managing agendas, minutes and coordination of action points Development of project management related reporting and process documentationRequirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any field At least 5 years of experience in executive administrative and project support, preferably from BPO, RPO, or Staffing Companies. Experience with Recruitment and Marketing highly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be highly effective independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must have a "can-do" attitude, and enjoys being a team player who works with others to get the job done. Tech savvy with advanced MS Office skills Demonstrated ability to properly handle and maintain confidential information
