Overview:

Ability to prioritize holistically, ability to fulfill executive decisions. Proactive and thinks forwardly as it relates to their leaders and leadership team needs.

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of an executive's business, ability to prioritize holistically, ability to fulfill executive decisions, and optimize time based on priorities. 

Using wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Ability to analyze situations or data requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Building relationships/rapport with your executive's leadership team and key stakeholders. Help drive and execute communication plan for org changes/projects/events/corporate initiatives, etc. via appropriate platforms.

Partner hiring team to execute and support onboarding plan for new executive hires. When appropriate, assist acquisition team with integration processes.

Drives administrative new hire processes with responsibility for partnering with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff. Proactively participates in the administrative community, develops best practices, and shares business insights and trends. Share knowledge and awareness of impactful information with administrative team.

Responsible for highly complex calendar(s). Ability to successfully prioritize competing high-priority requests based on executive goals. Take a proactive approach to calendar strategy focusing on current and future asks/events. Inherent knowledge of executive involvement in annual global Salesforce event/fiscal/release calendar and appropriate workback plan for deliverables. 

Ability to field incoming urgent requests and prioritize based on requestor, customer meetings, exec priorities, and team needs with executive input when needed.

Assists with meetings for executive, including sourcing agenda topics, tracking meeting action items, attendees, and keeping global/remote teams in mind to promote inclusion.

Makes agenda recommendations for a given travel itinerary in addition to those already requested in relation to internal global events: (i.e. marketing, sales, customers etc)  

Working familiarity with destination cities and any local offices. Offers on-the-ground support to a traveling executive as needed.  

Communicate executive travel for collaboration with stake holders including execs leadership team, local leadership team, events team, and global security team, as needed  

Ability to resolve expense report issues and complex travel issues/emergencies with resources.
