JOB OBJECTIVE:
To manage the planning, developing, and implementing of key account strategies, support key account group; develop key account strategies and plans. Achieve sales volume, availability, distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotional objectives. Implement sales policies and procedures set forth by the management committee. Coordinate with and monitor the progress of the Key Accounts Group in compliance with the set standards and company policies and procedures.
JOB ROLE:
• Product selling
• Collection
• Build rapport with the F&B Manager/s
• Partner with account to grow the business aligned to the Benby brands and F&B direction
• Look for business opportunities
• Collaborate with Benby Brands to form ideation to increase demand of the brand to the account
Account coverage:
• QSR/Fast Food Chains
• Restaurants and Hotels
• Resort
• Sub distributors servicing FS
JOB QUALIFICATION:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in an FMCG industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, generating reports)
• Willing to do field work in NCR area
