MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Champions the execution of all Human Capital programs and policies.Serves as the point-of-contact for all HR matters to the business unit.Preserves and prolong the useful life of the company's assets.Manage the company assets that are used in operations.DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
Monitors pre-employment completion of new hires and sending reminder emails and SMS.Coordinates all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, and conducting interviews.Review job offers, probationary contracts, and regular employment contracts.Assist onboarding and offboarding employees.Facilitates and coordinates seminars, trainings, and extra-curricular activities for employeesMake sure that competency frameworks are updated.Facilitates disciplinary actions.Distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.Facilitates performance rewards and recognition.Keep track of the usage of the company vehicle.Coordinate concerns and suggestions, to pertinent parties, in the workplace.Facilitates the daily time record of employeesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three (3) years of experience in the related fieldCollege degree in Psychology, Human Resource, and other related fields.Willing to take field works within and outside of Metro ManilaWilling to work overtime during critical circumstances
