Job DescriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.Proficiency in MS Office applications and background in SAP.Experience in Disbursement activities.Excellent communications and leadership skills.Willing to be assigned at D. Tuazon, Quezon City.Can start ASAP.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare DCR for BPI OPEX.Maintain and update the Disbursement Book.Responsible in tagging of Cleared Checks in SAP.Validate day-to-day disbursement and other transactions.Validate Cleared Checks - SAP vs DCR vs Bank per day.Prepare summary of Cleared checks.Prepare summary of Staled Checks.Responsible in checking prepared Check/Check Voucher.Supervise Treasury Assistant for disbursements.Ensures that checks are properly prepared and subject to government requirements.Safekeeping of checks for release.Ensures that inventory level of checks is available.Filing of DCR’s Bank statement and deposit slips.Preparation and submission of reports including daily cashier's report.Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
