Solutions Engineer ( Enterprise )

Good day! Our company I secure Networks Inc. is looking for Solutions Engineer that can perform daily  task to provide support in the company; and that are willing to work around Libis, Quezon City near Eastwood. 

Job description

Key Role:

Responsible for promoting business growth on the specific carried brand and in the Enterprise market.Actively develop the business by building new customer portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase the company’s profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Ensure that the product solution is implemented correctly and effectively Prepare and conduct well-articulated product demo and training.Collaborate with stakeholders and prepare scope of work to be executed by technical team during POC and deployment.Generate revenue and increase market share by improving customer retention and developing new onesEngage with customer as trusted advisor.Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.Demystify the product solution and understand each module and communicate to prospective clients the value proposition and advantages of the products and services offered, ensure proper endorsement to partner resellers and monitor development until the opportunity is close.Maintain strong vendor relationships and serve as the vendor’s main point of contact as needed.Responsible in engaging vendors in strategy sessions with partner resellers and/or end-users.Participate in strategic meetings with the vendor that involves the product that they work with, to drive accountability and monitor performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer scienceExperience in a similar technical role recommendedExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to follow instructions collaborate, communicate and coordinate with others.Strong written and verbal communication skills
