Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure.Impeccable multi-tasking skills.Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.Available ASAP.Willing to assign in Quezon City and Ortigas, Mandaluyong.Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare Daily Cashier’s Report.Prepares, Weekly/Monthly Cash Flow Report.Validates Daily deposits made by the Stations OIC. Ensures that all Cash Sales must be deposited on time.Validate day-to-day transactions.Safe keep all checks (signed/for signature/PDC/unused).Prepare deposits slips for all collection/for deposit.Responsible in updating of the passbook for balancing of deposits/cash receipts/CM/DM.Prepares collection/official receipt for all the collection(s).Check and validate the completeness of the required attachment on all request for payment of the Station.Responsible for other bank related concern/transaction (employee’s payroll account opening, account amendments).Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
