Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing all account opening folders.Email and call clients for verification and validation of customer documents.Re-filter clients using Google, DowJones, Sanction and Eastnets.Check the process of determining the beneficial owner of all existing accounts.Assessment of risk rating.Answer and send letters to client/s (/confirm/iation/Thank you letter, Bank Certification).Responsible for the scanning and uploading of all customers’ records (including, but not limited to, KYC documents of new accounts, loan and treasury documents, etc.) to the system. (DIGICUR)Provide assistance in the new AML System Management.Provide assistance during BSP, SGV and Head Office Audit and address ad hoc requests.Performs other duties and responsibilities other than assigned.Ensure that all assigned tasks are handled efficiently and effectively in a timely manner.Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.With at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is preferred, but not required.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
