DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Execute plans, policies, and programs in admin and financial affairs, property and equipment, supplies, housekeeping, clothing, forms, travel & hotel accommodationsCoordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.Supervises such management planning activities as workflow, simplification of systems and procedures for travel and hotel management, Office Administration, Facilities amount others for Head Office & Mine Site OperationMaintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.Implementation of company policy compliance with Human Resource, Disciplinary action, Training, and Development.JOB REQUIREMENTS
College Graduate;Has 5 years of experience in the related field;Knowledgeable in utilizing Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point;Has great prioritization and problem solving skills;Has great planning, organizing, and customer service skills;Has keen attention to detail;Possesses both interpersonal and management skills, with an; approachable, confident and supportive personality;Strives for continual improvement;And willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig.
