SALES SPECIALIST - CONCRETE

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, ArchitectureWith at least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in construction or distribution industry.Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.technical selling experience and driving skills (with valid professional driver’s license).Possesses a strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Contributes to the business unit’s performance in the requirements of sales service in accordance with the company’s Quality Manual Systems, review and objectives, policies and procedures.Establishes a network of clientele to service the requirements of a particular market segment as may be assigned by the Sales Manager.Prepares the necessary reports on documentation of sales activities for use of immediate superior.Secures and analyze market competitors’ information relevant to Concrete.Increases market presence and market share, achieve targeted figure, and collects receivables.Maintains customer rapport and build relationship, keep watch for business expansion. Responds to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.Utilizes Sales force for all sales activities (i.e agenda, record opportunities, quotes)Provides technical and practical support to the clients as needed.Ensures that the Quality & Environmental Management System is understood.Ensures that all operating standards are adhered to at all times.Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
