Responsibilities:
Management of books through audit of daily transactions (Bookkeeping)Check accounting entriesPropose and make necessary adjustmentsLead process improvement relating to general accounting processesManagement of the monthly and yearly preparation of financial schedules during FS Preparation (Bookkeeping)Assures the completeness of all reportable items in a timely mannerMakes sure that the correct account has been assigned to reportable itemEntries other closing items: Accruals, Payroll entries, Depreciation, and Amortization, etc.Checks and analyzes financial schedules: Lapsing of Assets, Ageing, and other Account Recon SchedulesTax and Compliance (BIR and SEC)Monthly and quarterly filing of returns: WTW, ETW, FWT, VATTimely Preparation of Data Entry Requirements for the Summary List of Sales, Purchases, and importations, and Quarterly Alphalist of PayeesTimely Preparation of Annual Data Entry Requirements for the Annual Alphalist of Employees and Annual Alphalist of PayeesAssists the manager and tax agent with other necessary schedulesQualifications:
CPA is prioritized but not requiredWith more than 3 years of experience in general accounting, management accounting, and/or taxationMeaningful experience in end-to-end FS preparationMeaningful experience in taxation, monthly and quarterly filing of returns, and reconciliation of tax accounts, among othersExperience with accounting software: Netsuite, Quickbooks, and SAPCan do the work with minimal supervision with quality work resultsPossess the core values of the company: integrity, compassion, commitment to customers, teamwork, creativity, and excellenceAmenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
