Job Qualification:
Graduate of BS Customs AdministrationPreferably licensed or passed the board examProficient in MS OfficeWith strong background in importation and export process, customs brokers, keen to details.Can work with minimal supervisionwith excellent communication and customer service skills.Job Summary:
To perform collaborative and administrative tasks related to the fulfillment of functions in importation documentation, delivery of imported materials, clerical support for local purchasing and assistance for properties administration within company established parameters,
Duties & Responsibilities:
·Monitors and supervises the releasing & delivery of all import shipments from customs warehouse to YKK warehouse & see to it that brokers are adhering with the set lead time of releasing and delivery.·Updates all concerned parties for shipment status and likewise if the shipments has irregularity that were encountered during customs clearance processing in a timely manner. Provides advance copies of documents to brokers/forwarders to do advance documentation for easy and swift clearance and delivery.Checks the accuracy of duties and taxes computation provided by broker/forwarders.
