Import & Export Services Associate

The import & Export Services Associates will be responsible in handling the following duties and responsibilities:

Export Responsibilities:

Prepare export documentation for shipments exported at specified locations.evaluate and processes export documents for various accounts and obtains all customs/shipping clearances and invoices for all export accounts.Provide optimal customer services to all clients and maintains status report for all shipments.Communicate with customers and freight forwarders regarding shipment status and details.Record and review incoming orders from sales team for tracking purposes and determining orders ready for packing.Assist with ensuring accuracy of pricing and other details on commercial documents.Handle routine correspondence with related parties involved, on a per shipment basis.Advise Manager of any delays, problems and/or questions any irregularities discovered within assigned transactions. 9. Determines packaging requirements and builds special crating fixtures and braces.Collaborate with inventory planning team and freight forwarders, administers appropriate movement of all goods and supervise all freight flow and ensure clearance and delivery of all exported goods.

evaluate and process import documents for various accounts and obtains all customs releases and invoices for all import accounts.Provide optimal customer services to all clients and maintains status report for all shipments.Maintain knowledge on all technical issues from brokers and collaborate with various departments for release of goods from Customs.Maintain and update knowledge on all customs clearance process and executes required transportation strategies. 5. Collaborates with Customs brokers, shipping lines and freight forwarders. Administers appropriate movement of goods and supervises all freight flow and ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported goods.evaluate all import transportations and assists in clearance of all invoices for payment.Ensure minimization of costs incurred by the company from outside sources.Compile reports and statistics where necessary and ensures the deadlines are met.Carry out tasks and responsibilities within limits of authority as defined in Company Quality Policy Manual and Procedures Manual.

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.Required Skill(s): Keen to details and good communication skills
