Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team to arrange routine meeting with customer (Globe/PLDT/Common Tower Company) and internal meeting.Make meeting minutes, follow up weekly action point, and make weekly report.Follow up the Material Type Approval from customer, including visit customer, arrange meeting, post material, record of approved material specs and certification, arrange schedule of samples delivery to and from customer.Support CTO to arrange new staff recruitment and interview, staff performance report.documents management, including RFP from customer, Presentation Slides, BoQ, Sub-con/Supplier submitted documents.₱ 30000-35000 PHP / Monthly
Job Requirements:
Degree in Bachelors Degree. Engineering (Electronics and Communications, computer, Civil work or equivalent), business or related field are preferred.Work experiences on telecom Market are preferred.Strong oral and written communication skillsGood at office software (excel, word, PowerPoint, google sheet)Willing to learn new knowledge.Must be confident, knowledgeable of schedule analysis, and problem-solving skills.
