The Digital Product Success Analyst will work with RX technology (Gtech) to drive product value and ensure the digital event platform maximises value for RX business units (BUs). They will be a link between BUs and product teams, both as ambassadors for our platform, as well as championing a results driven approach to product development requests. This role is vital to the success of RX as a whole in a changing economic and digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
Business Unit Digital Stakeholder Management
Collaborate on training and support material for Business Unit (BU) and RX OperationsAssist APAC BUs in understanding how they can achieve their product goals with RX platformsEnsure best practice is followed by BUs to maximise the value they get from RX platforms.Evangelise RX Platforms and act as SME on RX PlatformsEnsure BU’s business needs are metMonitor and improve the adoption of key digital capabilities to maximise valueProduct Partnering
Be the voice of the BU digital teams, encourage best practice in bringing products to marketDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key RX partners including Product Management, Support, Operations and BU regional teamsDeliver projects which support product development, commercial, legal or technical requirements outside the product teamsAssist with any required governance ensuring regional offices meet global compliance requirementsEssential Skills and Experience:
Experience delivering training outcomes for a global productExcellent verbal and written communications skills in business EnglishExperience of supporting internal customers of iteratively built productsStakeholder management with business stakeholders in globally distributed business unitsExperience helping product teams plan for a scaled rollout of their featuresProject Management, including risk management and status updatesExperience working with agile product development teamsExperience working with a multi-cultural organisation across time zone and country boundariesCMS exposure (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)Ability to analyse requests for enhancements and ensure they are valuableData Analysis including PowerBI and Google AnalyticExperience of writing clear userguides and best practice guides forpartners whose first language may not be EnglishDesirable:
