Monitor and maintain a proper record of inventory in the showroom, warehouse and those with clients including the Vintec service units.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Inventory Report.Reconcile monthly inventory report.Coordinate with the technical team for the scheduling of service.Prepare sales invoice and delivery receipts for all products.Monitor the collection from clients.Update VC record for each client.Maintain records of all prospects client.Coordinate with the main office for the schedule of delivery and pull-out of unit.Disburse and properly liquidate of Petty Cash Fund.Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the store.Maintaining cleanliness of workplaceDo minor errand when needed
