Plan, lead and manage project
· Define the objectives, scope of the project in collaboration with the Vice President, Business Process Excellence
· Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
· Determine and manage the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project and project estimated budget.
· Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
· Determine the goals and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
· Manage, monitor and present the progress, risks, issues and solutions of the project; resolve or assist in the resolution of risks and issues within and between projects or functional areas;
· Propose and align new ideas to improve project management methodology of the organization
· Partners with different business group stakeholders for business case creation and user requirements gathering
Implement the project
· Execute the project according to the project plan.
· Develop methods, forms and records to document project activities.
· Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
· Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
· Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project, prepare progress reports for senior management.
Liaise and influence stakeholders
· Work with different business group stakeholders for business case creation and user requirements gathering
· Lead and direct s work of internal resources, third party vendors and business partners in the project
· Influence different stakeholders and set clear expectations
· Assist business and operational leaders in the forming and development of future projects
evaluate the project
· Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
· evaluate and assess the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase and determine project learnings
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business related or equivalentAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field, especially in implementation of projects is required for this position.Willing to be assigned at The SM Store Head Office [Pasay City]
