Job Responsibilities:
Develop & implement a long-term strategy for the category's growth.Manage, analyze, monitor changes in product mix & retail prices to maintain a competitive advantageDetermine market demands & gaps, & devise a growth-capture plan.Identify & build relationships with suppliers for category management efforts.Accountable for handling retail goods pricing, ordering, & in-store organisation.Recommend pricing that reflects the market in order to increase category sales & profits.Contibute to the category's profitability by raising the volume of products sold within the category & accelerating inventory turnover within the category.Supervise the general operations of the paint section of the hardware store.Responsible for ordering and maintaining desirable product inventory levels to ensure store profitability.Ensures a consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experience; resolves any customer service issues, complaints, or requests.Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.A 5 years experience in managing paint products in a hardware store.To oversee the paint category of products for the organization.Will be responsible for the ongoing strategy & development of the product category.Must have a broad knowledge of consumer needs, the retail environment, & the ability to maintain great supplier relationships.You will have an entrepreneurial attitude & a thorough understanding of sales, marketing, & operations management.Principal / Employer : Sonee Hardware Private Limited
