Responsibilities
Sales
Develop an effective action plan to achieve the annual budget for sales territoriesDevelop creative sales proposals to maximise sales potential for sales accountsSales conversion of competitors’ users to products usersGroom and develop junior surgeons to become products usersMaintenance, update and report on competitors’ activities, new product launches, market shares and pricingCollect, consolidate and prepare sales, marketing reports for the managementClinical Application
Provide clinical application support on pre & post salesWork with surgeons from patient selection and provide effective case support in operation threatre for surgeons to ensure smooth application during surgeriesFollow up on post surgical patient outcomes and address any issues that may ariseKOL Management
Identify potential KOLs based on product focusWorking with internal stakeholders (Sales Manager, Product Managers, Professional Education Managers etc) on engagement plans for KOLsMarketing
Plan and coordinate workshop/talk for continuous education for usersLiaise effectively with team members and support staff for quality demonstrations and workshopsAttend to conferences, exhibition and events as and when required.Requirements
· University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the medical device consumables industry, preferably with strong preference in Optometry, Neuro / Spine or Radiotherapy field
· Experienced in supporting surgery cases in operating theatres
· Demonstrated strong sales competency and track records
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision
· High customer orientation and positive mindset
· Good command of written and spoken English
