JOB DEscriptION

• Performs outbound and inbound calls

• Email correspondence

• Contact businesses and discuss with Decision Makers

• As a consultant talk about products and services that will help and grow their business

• Schedule appointments or call back with respective Sales Managers to meet with prospective customers on site

• Acquisition, growth, and retention of customer base

REQUIREMENTS:

BPO Experience is an advantage but not requiredExcellent English speaking and written communicationsMust have basic computer networking and internet skillsUnderstanding of Intermediate Telecom products is an advantageWilling to be exposed to a performance-driven environmentWilling to work in an office setting in San Juan CityWilling to work in a fixed night shift schedule (Tuesdays – Saturdays | 12MN - 8AM)
