Organizes and supervises all machine flushing, cleaning and change-over services.Monitoring of Die Casting Lubricants and Equipment.Conducts all Surveys for metal Forming products.Provide product recommendations for the application and use of customers.Oversee product demonstrations and testing of our product at customer site. Creates evaluation report.Perform regular oil sampling at customer site – create or update master list of customers whose fluids needs to be retrieved for testing, and frequencyAddress customer complaints (Prepares 8D CAR Report).Accompany sales team for customer meetings, especially for technical discussions and product demonstrations.Prepare and present Monthly Report for technical activities.Supervise and monitor personnel on-site for some clients.Daily reporting to Technical Supervisor or Sales Head for any abnormalities encountered.Who are qualified?
Prior hands-on and technical experience with metalworking production, or prior technical experience with High Pressure Diecasting, Steel Mill, Drawing and Stamping, or Foundry Companies.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalentComputer literate and can use common business software with easeGet hired and enjoy the following:
